Members of the Missouri State Board of Education want more information on challenges that affect recruitment and retention of teachers in Missouri. Missouri NEA is partnering with the Office of Educator Quality at the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education to collect information directly from Missouri educators about these challenges.
